METKA – EGN Singapore, a subsidiary of Metlen RSD Business Unit, is a subgroup of entities incorporated in Singapore, responsible for project development in the area of south east Asia and Oceania. We are experienced project developers with a track record of many successful developed projects. Based on our substantial project development experience, we selectively target project development opportunities. We aim to add value through a collaborative approach with local and international developers and investors.
The RSD development activity is managed through regional hubs. We have selected Singapore as the strategic location for Asia Pacific and appropriate choice for our investment holding for business opportunities in Australia and South Korea. The Company is an active investor with the dual operational model of investor-operator type, which will actively support the operations of the investees. METKA EGN’s Singapore portfolio includes many successful projects in Australia and South Korea.
Our group’s history with Singapore goes back to 2018, when our 100% subsidiary METKA EGN Singapore Pte. Ltd. was incorporated in Singapore city.
Mr. Papapetrou was born in 1979 in Thessaloniki. He graduated in 2003 from the department of Civil Engineering of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki and in 2004 concluded the MSc in Steel Design and Business Management at the Imperial College of London.
Kuldeep has over 9 years of experience in investments, business development, projects origination, managing high value deal cycles, structuring partnerships, M&A and investments. Kuldeep has completed number of transactions across MENA and Asia.
Andrew is a director and member of the Board in Singaporean entities since 2020.
