METLEN Energy & Metals has received two significant new compliance attestations from the independent body TÜV Hellas (TÜV Nord), highlighting its commitment to corporate transparency. The ISO 37002 and ISO 37008 certifications ensure that the company’s policies and procedures are designed to protect employees and enhance it’s credibility.
Specifically, compliance with the ISO 37002 standard (Whistleblowing Management Systems) enables METLEN’s employees to safely report any suspicious activities, contributing to a work environment characterized by safety, confidentiality, and reliability, in accordance with European and Greek legislation.
Additionally, METLEN became the first company in Greece to obtain certification under ISO 37008 (Internal Investigations of Organizations), demonstrating that it has a comprehensive system of policies and procedures for conducting Internal Investigations, ensuring integrity and accountability at every level.

The certification ceremony took place at METLEN's headquarters, attended by TÜV HELLAS (TÜV NORD) CEO, Savvas Peltekis, and System Certification Director, Vasiliki Kalambokidou. The event was also attended by Evangelia Dimitroulia, President of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Greece, and Michel Montbertrand, President of the Greek Association of Compliance Professionals (SEKASE), who both delivered greetings.
