Athens, Greece – November 29, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 28.11.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 8,000 own shares at a weighted average price €31.1059 per share, of an aggregate value €248,846.84. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,233,074 own shares, percentage 3.6623% of the total number of shares issued by it.
