Athens, Greece – November 22, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 21.11.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 8,262 own shares at a weighted average price €31.2767 per share, of an aggregate value €258,407.80. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,202,074 own shares, percentage 3.6406% of the total number of shares issued by it.
