Athens, Greece – December 6, 2024 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 5.12.2024, acquired through the Athens Exchange 2,811 own shares at a weighted average price €31.9693 per share, of an aggregate value €89,865.78. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,235,885 own shares, percentage 3.6642% of the total number of shares issued by it.
