Athens, Greece – February 3, 2025 - Metlen Energy & Metals (previously known as MYTILINEOS) announces that, according to the resolution of its Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting dated 27.03.2024, on 31.1.2025, acquired through the Athens Exchange 20,000 own shares at a weighted average price €34.9472 per share, of an aggregate value €698,943.00. Such acquisitions have been effected through the Athens Exchange member name PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following this acquisition, Metlen Energy & Metals holds in aggregate 5,432,714 own shares, percentage 3.8020% of the total number of shares issued by it.
